It's crazy how fast you get used to having someone around... There's a part of me that can't believe Savannah is already five months old, and there's another part of me that can't remember what life was like before she was around. Her smile is contagious and makes people happy, especially her parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. She's calm and as a rule only cries when she is hungry or tired. She grabs everything (my hair, most specifically) within reach, she watches with interest as we put food in our mouths and is very amused when we are playing with her older sister. She's beginning to talk up a storm and is therefore adding to the already high volume in our house - - some would say we shouldn't be surprised by this.
